How does TinyPay work without internet?+
Payers pre-load funds on-chain, then generate OTPs which is a hash-chain generated by a user defined root. Each OTP approves one payment, once the OTP consumed and the contract will ready for next OTP.
Which assets can I use?+
U2U (native token), USDC, USDT, and any ERC20 token are supported today. Additional tokens are just a configuration away.
Is the system non-custodial?+
Yes. Funds never leave the smart contract you control. OTPs simply authorize release to a merchant.
Do merchants need special hardware?+
No. The TinyPayCheckout iOS app handles QR scanning, OTP entry, and syncing. Dedicated POS hardware is on our roadmap.
